Q Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am 37 years of age and currently working with Ajmera Associates Ltd. as HR Executive and my current Salary is Rs.18000/- per month (My previous orgnisation designation was Sr. Executive HR and Salary was Rs.20000/- per month) but due to traveling I have joined current organisation. I am just Graduate and not done any MBA course and looking for better opportunity in better orgnisation where I should get minimum salary of Rs.28000/- per month and keep increasing every year. Kindly suggest me for that what to do and will I able to get the better job in this Age. I desperately need good salary job with normal work pressure. Even I cannot able to do MBA due to less salary and committment towards family. Need your guidance and help.

Q I Have in tota lmore than 5 yrs of experience in diamond industry as an diamond grader and now within a month or so i will be completing my PGDBA FROM SYMBIOSIS so i am planning to move from grader to sales executive for better prospect but difficult thing is that i dont have relevant exp as an sales executive and without that it becomes very difficult to get a job as an sales executive and also u need a very good refrences in diamond industry , so i am quite confused what to do?
